Who We Are
Brand Commercial was established by Lucia Brand, CPM®, who boasts a proven history in commercial property management. With over ten years of experience, she has managed a wide array of retail, office, and industrial properties, from small units to large complexes throughout the greater San Diego region.
Her achievements include earning the prestigious CPM® designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and becoming a licensed real estate agent. Lucia is dedicated to delivering superior service to property owners and their tenants, ensuring the highest quality of management and care.
Lucia holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Universita' degli Studi di Trento, in her home country of Italy. She studied, lived and worked in England as well as Germany and Greece. For over 11 years, she has called San Diego, California, her home.
